Product labelling is a key process to ensure product traceability.
The main traceability tool used in the labelling process is the barcode on each adhesive label attached to each sheet package.
The production lines are equipped with an automatic labeller connected to the database of received orders in the information system.

COATED MATERIALS ARE NOT MARKED ON THE SURFACE OF SHEETS!!!
All types of coated coils have a mill edge. Trimming the edge of the sheet/coil is carried out only upon customer request for coils with widths of 1,000 and 1,250 mm; for coils with a width of 1,500 mm, this is usually an issue. The requirement for a trimmed edge must be stated already in the material enquiry and in the order; the condition is an order larger than 5/6 tonnes.
The logistics hub of the service centre is fully covered to ensure safe and protected storage of goods ready for loading, as well as optimal handling of finished products during transport. The handling and movement of raw materials and finished products is carried out using the latest-generation overhead cranes with a high maximum load capacity for heavy loads. The movement of smaller products such as blanks, strips and sheets is carried out using forklift trucks.
